Order Processing & Delivery Time

1. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days, depending on your location.

3. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or courier delays), delivery may take longer than expected.

Shipping Charges

1. Orders below Rs. 1999 will incur a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199.

2. Orders above Rs. 1999 qualify for free shipping within Pakistan.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package's progress.

Delivery Restrictions

- We currently only deliver within Pakistan.

- Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.

- In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.
