Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
1. The product must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Exchanges for defective items (manufacturing defects) can be requested within 15 days of purchase.
3. If you receive a wrong item or if your order is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
4. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Process for Exchange

-Once your request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions on returning the item.
-Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back items for exchange.
Refunds
-We do not offer cash refunds.
-If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will issue a store credit for future purchases.
