Order Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery time is typically 5-7 working days, depending on your location. However, during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays, delivery times may be extended.

Shipping Charges

For orders below Rs. 1999, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 will be applied. Orders above Rs. 1999 qualify for free shipping within Pakistan.

Delivery Partners

We collaborate with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package’s progress.

Delivery Restrictions

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan, and delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes. In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.
